After a workplace incident, counselling is beneficial if you are;

  • Not sure how you feel about what has and is happening for you.
  • Experiencing anxiety or mood swings
  • Not wanting to leave your home or take part in usual activities
  • Feeling you don’t have a support network or someone you can talk to about what is going on for you.
  • Confused or not understanding information
  • Having flashbacks or nightmares
  • Are very pain focused
  • Scared of treatment or surgery that has been suggested or approved.

Talking with Redcliffe Counselling

Talking about it does help, it can support you to feel you have more control of what is happening, understand your condition, face challenges, change current behaviour, give room for healing and alleviate your stress.

Talking to someone, you can air out what you are feeling without being judged. As a result, you can start to feel better, begin to understand how to cope with what you are going through and feel able to look forward with confidence.
